We want you to love what you ordered. Since our products are made-to-order through our print partner, our return policy works a little differently than a traditional retail shop. Here's everything you need to know.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we've got you covered. Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

For orders lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim on your behalf.

To report a problem: Send a message through Etsy with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.

Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

We know that's not what everyone wants to hear, but it's the nature of print-on-demand, each item is produced specifically for your order.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. The same applies to packages that go unclaimed.

Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days before being donated to charity, so please reach out promptly if you're having a delivery issue.
